As the search continues down at the Missouri River, these are the 3 girls who went missing last yesterday evening, while struggling to swim in the river. Along with family and friends of the missing girls, Omaha Fire and Rescue, Bennington Fire and more crews are resuming their search this morning. I am praying for the return of all 3 young ladies. Officials on the scene said four girls were fishing and three of them entered the water near NP Dodge Park on Tuesday and they started struggling. It's unclear at this time why they entered the water. A bystander assisted a 13-year-old girl who was crying by the side of the river. A 12-year-old and two 18-year-olds are still missing, according to the Omaha Fire Department. The 13-year-old was taken to the hospital in serious condition. She was identified by family as Ehtheyu Paw. One of the 18-year-old girls is Laiana Green, her family confirmed to KETV. Family identified the 12-year-old girl as Eh Cress Moo and the other 18-year-old girl as Lah K Tray Moo. Helicopters, drones and boats searched the river for the missing teens Tuesday night. First responders had to pull their boats and crews off the water for safety and visibility after it got dark. Omaha fire said they found two pairs of shoes floating in the water, and they believe the four girls are related in some capacity. Officials said the search Wednesday morning will be a recovery effort. First responders ask the public to stay away from the park as the search continues.
